Arranged Marriage
Girl seemed perfect, then blocked me after families talked money
We clicked over 3 weeks of chatting. Then the families had the money talk, my side couldnt match some expectation, and she went silent. Blocked me two days later.
No message, nothing. The same person who texted good morning daily.
I am more confused than hurt. Was it ever real or was it always a transaction waiting on numbers? How do you not get cynical after this?

The good morning texts were real, the family veto was also real. Two true things. You lost a maybe, not a marriage.
Three weeks of texts is an app, not a bond yet. Sounds harsh but it saves you from mourning something that was budding.
Money filtered match is a feature of AM, not your failure. Next time clarify expectations earlier to save your heart.
Protect your softness. The right match wont vanish the second your side cant meet a number. Keep that standard.
Her going quiet means she had no say or no spine, either way not your future wife. Grieve a week then move on.
As a woman that silence is not ok, she owed you a sentence. But it tells you her family ran the show, not her feelings.
Blocking with zero words after daily good mornings is cold. But better now than after the ring. You dodged a transaction.
You will get past this fast. Anyone who can block without a word was not built for the hard parts of marriage anyway.
Dont go cynical. Go selective. The next one whose family bolts over numbers was never going to be your person anyway.
It was probably real for her too, until the family math overrode it. Happens a lot. Does not make it hurt less though.
